Rod founded Oath with a clear mission: to help families bring order to the chaos of estate and financial planning. As an estate planning and investment attorney, he believes that protecting what you’ve built shouldn’t be reserved for the wealthy-it should be accessible, thoughtful, and grounded in real-life needs.

That vision is what drives Oath: plans that are personal, affordable, and built to serve people through every life season. Rod has dedicated his career to helping families make the most of what they have for the people they love. He’s guided by the belief that planning is for everyone—not just the wealthy—and has made it his life’s work to make that a reality.

Rod lives in Tulsa with his wife, Erin—his college sweetheart—and their two sons, Thomas and Will. His approach to planning is shaped by the same values he brings to his own family: honesty, care, and follow-through.
